Time for silence, reflection, and nature. In TREK, visitors walk in silence through the Noordsche Veld in Drenthe, accompanied by a glacial erratic (a large rock transported by glaciers). The theatrical performance is a co-production between location theater company Peergroup and artist Nick Steur. The walk was born from a shared interest in glacial erratics and their history.

Peergroup is the location theater company of Northern Netherlands. The local community and landscape form the foundation of their theater projects. Peergroup believes that performances, in a positively activist way, contribute to societal debates.
